2.Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
3.Once approved, securely package your items with the Order Id clearly marked on the package and ship it back to us.
4.Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
5.If you return the product, you can exchange it or get a replacement. Refunds are not available, but we will give you a gift card for the purchase amount instead. You can use the gift card to order at any time, and it is valid for a lifetime.
